PepsiCo has just announced the second year of its Nutrition Greenhouse incubator scheme in Europe, an initiative designed to discover and nurture breakthrough brands in the food and beverage sector.
This initiative started last year with 8 companies being selected (to learn more about last year’s companies: click here).
This program is open to nutrition entrepreneurs with market-ready health and wellness brands. The brand should have sales of €5 million or less and not be in direct or indirect competition with PepsiCo or any of its brands.
Up to ten emerging companies with products aimed at European consumers will be selected to receive a €20,000 grant plus the opportunity to work alongside PepsiCo’s leading brands experts during a six-month mentorship program. This initiative ends with one company being awarded a €100,000 prize to continue its expansion and further collaborations with PepsiCo also being explored.
